Join me and Siw on a meditative journey of shamanic sound and reiki to elevate our own frequency with vibrational medicines. We will begin with some movement, call in our ancestors and the elements, set intentions, and lie down in sivasana, to allow the therapeutic waves of sound and energetic touch to bathe our beings.
A sound bath is a meditative journey that guides the body, mind and spirit, instruments of our personal symphony, to retune to their higher vibration and natural rhythm. Using the gong, singing bowls, and other harmonic instruments, this experience has the capacity to enhance our physical, mental and emotional well- being. By balancing the nervous system and boosting immunity it is a potent preventative medicine.
Shamanic Reiki is a combination of ancient healing traditions practiced by indigenous peoples across the world aligned with cosmic healing frequencies. By tapping into the energetic body of the participants, the Shamanic Reiki practitioner senses where there might be blockages or a need for clearing of past experiences, patterns or relationships, or retrieval of lost soul-parts. This is a deep work that centers and grounds the clear essence of what and who we are, free of past perceptions, conditioning and beliefs.
Reiki is a practice of increasing the body's vibration by receiving the frequencies emanating from the Reiki practitioners hands. This enhances and supports the body's natural energetic, physical and emotional healing abilities, affecting physical conditions as well as our sense of self and our way of relating to the world.
